Water
You should make sure you child stays properly hydrated and bring a large water bottle to every practice and game.
Soccer Cleats
Soccer cleats are highly recommended for all age groups. They must have rounded cleats with a flat head (no toe cleats) and cannot be metal. You can ask at any local sporting goods stores for help locating them.
Shin Guards
Shin guards must be worn at all practices and games. They must be made of a high impact material and must be of proper length: from just under knee to just above the ankle. All issued socks must entirely cover the shin guards.
Jewelry and Casts
Players are not allowed to wear any jewelry during practice or games. This includes rings, watches, chains, necklaces, earrings, hard pony tail holders and barrettes as these items may cause injury during play. Only medical alert items are excluded and we do not allow tape to cover starter earrings.
Players may not wear any hard casts or splints. Only soft padded braces are allowed during play.
Soccer Balls
All 4U and 5U players will receive a soccer ball as part of their program fee. The rest of our age groups will need to bring their own ball to practices.
The correct ball sizes for each division are:
- 4U, 5U, 6U, 8U: Size 3
- 10U, 12U: Size 4
- 14U, 19U: Size 5
